Employment Form

Please read the instructions carefully.

Some browsers do not support some aspects of this form. Here are some instructions to help you.

At the top of the form window, you can use the “plus” and “minus” buttons to make the form larger or smaller.

Desktop or Laptop Computer:

If you are on a desktop or laptop computer, please fill out the form and then download it using the download icon at the top right. A dropdown may pop up to pick “without changes”  or “with changes.”  Choose “with changes.”

Open the downloaded form on your computer, then click the submit at the bottom of page 2 of the form. You will be asked to open your email program and select “Yes” or “No.”
Choose “Yes”.

If you are using Gmail or another webmail program, choose webmail and follow the directions.

You will notice the opened email from your email program or webmail program has the “email to”  filled out and the application file is attached to the email.
Click “Send” to send it.

Mobile Device:

If you are on a mobile phone, and you see the blue fields on the form, go ahead and fill out the form.

If you do not see the blue fields for you to fill in, turn on auto-fill and the blue fields should appear.

After the form is filled out, then please download the form “with changes” to your phone as a file.

Then open the application file on your phone.

Then go to the bottom of page 2 of the form and click submit. If the “Submit” button does not work. Please email the form to Alyssa@pecangrill.com

Print Form:

You can also print out the form using the printer icon at the top right of the form window and bring it by Pecan Grill & Brewery.
